The New Dot Cinema has announced that their November film will be The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019).
The Peatnut Butter Falcon is a heartwarming adventure-drama that follows Zak, a young man with Down syndrome, who escapes from a nursing home to pursue his dream of becoming a professional wrestler. Along the way, he meets Tyler, a troubled fisherman on the run, and the two form an unlikely but touching friendship. Together, they journey across the American South, evading obstacles while discovering freedom and belonging. With Dakota Johnson, Shia LaBeouf, and Zack Gottsagen delivering memorable performances, the film shines as a modern-day Mark Twain–style story about acceptance, resilience, and chasing dreams against all odds.
The film will be shown on Saturday 22 November. As usual, doors will open at 7pm and there will be a bar and snacks and the movie will start at 7:30pm.
